I started in lighting design for children's television — chasing softness, warmth, and the tiny moments that make a scene feel alive. Fifteen years later, I'm still chasing the same things, just in pixels.

Today I lead UX at Bendigo Bank and take on select freelance work in healthcare and SaaS. I care about evidence, craft, and quietly useful details.
